House Rules

1. CHECK-IN TIME

Our check-in hours are 2pm to 9pm ; late check-in hours are 9pm to 11pm (extra fee €20)

 

2. CHECK-OUT TIME

Latest check-out time: 11 am

3. NO SMOKING

It is STRICTLY forbidden to smoke in the room and/or in the courtyards

​

4. PRIVATE COURTYARDS

It is NOT allowed to remain in the courtyards (which are reserved to residents), especially to smoke or make phone calls

 

5. LIFT YOUR TROLLEYS

Please make sure NOT to drag your trolleys in the courtyards: please lift them

 

6. LOCK ALL DOORS

Please make sure to lock ALL doors behind you 

 

7. KEEP QUIET

Please keep an appropriately low volume of any electronic device (TV, speakers, etc) and of your voice while in the room and in the courtyards

8. IMPORTANT - SECOND QUEEN/KING-SIZE BED

Please note that in our triple or quadruple rooms, the additional bed will be made ready ONLY in case of reservation for 3 or 4 guests; in the case of 2 guests, a separate set bed will only be made available upon prior request and will carry an additional cost.
